Terms of Service

Shop4Me connects customers who want groceries, pharmacy items, or other goods purchased and delivered, with independent personal shoppers who pick and pack the order, and independent drivers who deliver it.

Shop4Me is a marketplace, not a retailer — we don't own, stock, or price the goods you order; the store you choose sets its own prices and availability.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

One account may hold multiple roles (customer, shopper, driver), but you're responsible for all activity under your account regardless of which role is active.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or is used fraudulently.

Order totals include the store's item prices (as estimated at order time, finalized once the shopper has picked the items), a service fee, and a delivery fee, all shown before you pay.

If an item is unavailable, your chosen substitution preference (contact me / best match / refund the item) determines how it's handled — see the Refund Policy for how refunds for unavailable items are processed.

Payment is collected upfront via Paystack once you place an order.

You can cancel an order for free before a shopper has accepted it.

Once a shopper has accepted your order, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a partial charge for shopping already completed — the app will show you the current cancellation status for your order.

Be respectful to shoppers, drivers, and customers you interact with — see the Community Guidelines for details.

Don't use the platform for anything illegal, don't submit false reviews, and don't attempt to circumvent payments or arrange off-platform transactions with a shopper or driver you were matched with.

Shop4Me facilitates the connection between customers and independent shoppers/drivers but doesn't guarantee item availability, delivery times, or the condition of goods once out of a shopper's or driver's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
